MyCarePolicy provides downloadable policy, procedure, form and template documents (“Documents”) designed to support operational compliance readiness for UK health and social care providers.
8.1 Nature of Documents
Documents are operational support templates. They do not constitute legal advice, clinical advice, or regulatory guarantees. They are designed as starting points that must be reviewed, adapted and approved by the purchasing organisation before operational use.

- Reviewing all Documents for accuracy and suitability before use
- Adapting Documents to your specific service type, organisational model, local procedures and regulatory requirements
- Implementing, maintaining and updating Documents as part of your own governance framework
- Ensuring Documents are used appropriately by trained and competent staff
- Ongoing compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations and standards
8.3 No Guarantees
Purchase or use of MyCarePolicy Documents does not guarantee:
- Any specific CQC, Ofsted or other inspection rating or outcome
- Registration approval or maintenance of registration
- Avoidance of regulatory enforcement, conditions or restrictions
- Compliance with any specific standard, regulation or legal requirement
MyCarePolicy supports compliance readiness but does not replace professional judgement, governance, training, leadership, legal advice or regulatory obligations. Compliance remains the responsibility of the registered provider and registered manager at all times.
