Meet the Founder
Sheref Ergun
Founder of My Care Audit • Independent Health and Social Care Compliance, Governance and Digital Transformation Adviser
With over 20 years’ experience across the health and social care sector, Sheref has supported care providers with CQC registration, regulatory compliance, governance systems, inspection readiness, quality assurance, service improvement and digital transformation.
Through his wider consultancy work at CQC Compliance Services, Sheref has personally supported hundreds of providers across care homes, supported living, domiciliary care, complex care, nursing services, and children’s residential care.
His work combines frontline sector knowledge with practical governance design, digital systems thinking and AI-supported reporting. This led to the creation of My Care Audit — a system designed to help providers move away from fragmented spreadsheets, inconsistent audits and weak action tracking.
