Data Portability & Interoperability

Your data is yours. Always.

No lock-in, no ransom on your own records. Get everything in and out of MyCareAudit in open, machine-readable formats — for statutory returns, backups, migrations, or a Subject Access Request. Here is exactly how.

Data out

Export your data, any time

Every export is on-demand, self-service, and delivered as a downloadable file — no support ticket required.

DSCR-compliant · JSON

Full account export

A single machine-readable JSON file containing every record tied to your account. Version-stamped (exportVersion 2.0) with an ISO-8601 export timestamp. Supports GDPR Subject Access Requests (SAR) and data portability under Article 20.

Where: Reports → Export

Includes: One row per audit with title, template, location, status, score, completedAt, createdAt.

CSV

Payroll export

Approved payroll runs export to CSV per location and pay period, ready to hand to your payroll provider or bureau.

Where: Finance → Payroll → Export

Includes: Staff, hours, and pay lines for the selected period, with a clear disclaimer header row.

JSON or CSV

Statutory Client Level Data (CLD/MODS)

Adult Social Care Client Level Data mapped to the mandated fields, ready for statutory submission. Choose JSON for systems or CSV for manual return.

Where: Care Intelligence → Tools → MODS export

Data in

Bring your existing records with you

Migrating from spreadsheets or another system? Structured imports get you up and running fast, with validation before anything is saved.

Staff & team import

Bring your existing staff list in from a spreadsheet. Required fields are validated on upload and rows with errors are reported back before anything is written.

Where: Team → Import

Training matrix import

Upload either a flat list (one row per training record) or a classic matrix/grid (staff down the side, courses across the top). Columns are auto-mapped and shown to you for confirmation before import — dates are parsed from UK (DD/MM/YYYY), ISO, and spreadsheet serial formats.

Where: Training → Import
