• Allow staff to speak freely with inspectors
• Be honest about areas for improvement
• Demonstrate your action plans for known issues

After the Inspection

• Review the draft report carefully
• Respond within the factual accuracy check period
• Create an action plan for any areas requiring improvement
• Share findings with all staff
• Implement improvements promptly
