We measure traffic, not people.
A care compliance platform should hold data to a higher standard — including its own. That is why MyCareAudit uses cookieless, first-party analytics: no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no cross-site tracking, and nothing ever sold to advertisers.
Analytics, done the right way
We only want to know which pages are useful and where visitors come from — never who you are. Every design choice below follows from that.
No cookies, no consent banners for tracking
We do not set tracking cookies to measure traffic, so there is nothing to consent to for analytics. Fewer interruptions for your team, and no cookie-wall friction.
No IP addresses stored
Visitor IP addresses are never written to our database. We derive an approximate, anonymous visitor count from a daily-rotating salted hash that cannot be reversed to identify anyone.
No cross-site tracking, no profiles
We do not follow people across other websites, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never sell or share data with ad networks. Your visits stay yours.
First-party and self-hosted
Measurement runs on our own infrastructure — no third-party analytics scripts loading in your browser, no data shipped to a marketing cloud.
Exactly what we collect — and what we never do
No ambiguity. Here is the full picture of our website measurement.
What we count
- Page path visited (e.g. /pricing)
- Referring source, in broad buckets (search, direct, AI assistant, referral)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Country, at country level only
- An anonymous, daily-rotating visitor hash for approximate unique counts
What we never do
- Cookies or persistent identifiers
- IP addresses (never stored)
- Names, emails, or any personal details from browsing
- Cross-site or cross-session tracking
- Anything sold or shared with advertisers
Why this matters for care providers
You trust us with some of the most sensitive data there is — records about vulnerable people in your care. Data protection is not a feature we bolt on; it is how we work by default. Running privacy-first analytics on our own website is a small, visible proof of that principle. If we hold our marketing pages to this standard, you can judge how we treat the data that actually matters.
- Aligned with GDPR data-minimisation and PECR expectations by design.
- No third-party trackers means a smaller attack surface and fewer processors to account for.
- A clear, honest posture you can point to in your own DSPT and governance evidence.

Privacy is one pillar of a connected ecosystem
Cookieless analytics is one small proof of a bigger principle: MyCareAudit is a single, connected compliance ecosystem where audit, governance, care records and data protection all share one backbone.
